Parents judge school software by their phone

Parents pay bills and book appointments in a few taps. A school payment app for parents should feel that straightforward: one login, a clear balance, and a payment they already know how to make.

A school payment app for parents, on their phone

Paying for a trip, booking a club, or checking a balance should be obvious. Extra passwords and a different site for each job slow it down, and the office hears about it.

When the path is simple, parents are more likely to read the message and pay on time. When it is fiddly, the same families call for help.

Schools do not need to copy a shopping app. They do need a task a parent can finish on their phone.

One login for meals, clubs, and trips

Families want payments, clubs, trips, and messages to feel joined up. Schools want fewer places to maintain, and fewer calls about which login to use.

  • Sign in with an account they already have. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, or email.
  • More than one child on that account. Payments, meals, and trips without a new login per sibling.
  • The same wallet for the school week. Online school payments, meals and trips use that account.

Apple Pay and Google Pay in the parent app

Paying for dinners, clubs, and trips should feel as quick as any other purchase on that phone. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard are the methods parents already use.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. iAntz does not store full card details. There is no separate school-payments website for the parent to learn.

A clearer phone task means fewer office calls

Every ‘how do I pay?’ call, password reset, and repeated form is office time. A simpler task on the phone usually shortens that queue.

Schools also support families with less confidence online, and they hold sensitive pupil information. Simplicity is a clear route, with the school still there when someone needs a person.

Could a new parent make a payment within a few minutes? Could they find the balance on their phone? Could they do it from one account, for every child? Those answers show where the current setup is costing the office.

Look at how meals, clubs, trips, and payments sit in one parent account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

No commitment. No hard sell. Just a conversation about what's possible.
