We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a confident, experienced telemarketing professional to help us connect with schools and book online product demonstrations for our commercial team. This is not a scripted call centre role — we want a professional cold caller who understands how to open conversations, build rapport quickly, and confidently ask for the meeting.

What you'll be doing

• Outbound cold calling to primary schools, secondary schools, multi-academy trusts, and local authorities across the UK
• Identifying and speaking with key decision-makers (School Business Managers, Finance Officers, Headteachers)
• Introducing iAntz's solution clearly and professionally
• Handling objections confidently and intelligently
• Booking qualified online product demonstrations for the senior sales team
• Keeping accurate notes and updating CRM records
• Meeting and exceeding daily call and appointment booking targets

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing
• Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
• Resilient — you handle rejection well and stay motivated
• Target-driven and results-focused
• Excellent spoken English

Highly desirable:

• Experience calling into schools or the education sector
• SaaS, EdTech, or B2B telemarketing experience
• Experience booking demos or qualified appointments for a sales team

The opportunity

Schools still run meals, clubs and trips on disconnected tools, with parents bouncing between logins. iAntz is a school platform — payments, meals, clubs, trips and the parent app together — with AI already in the product, not parked on a roadmap slide.

This role exists because we are entering our next growth phase. We're scaling the platform, embedding LLMs and agentic AI deeper into the product, and expanding what the office can do without adding another system. We need a PM who can lead that evolution — not maintain the status quo.

What you'll own

• End-to-end product strategy for the core platform — from data layer to user experience
• The AI product roadmap: LLM-driven reconciliation, agentic finance assistants, intelligent anomaly detection, predictive payment modelling
• Data strategy and intelligence layer — turning transactional data into actionable insight
• API ecosystem design and partner integration strategy
• Cross-functional squad leadership across engineering, design, and data
• Direct influence with founders on platform direction, engineering hiring, and AI investment priorities

The tech context

• Cloud-native infrastructure on AWS with Cloudflare delivery
• API-first architecture with modern engineering practices
• Agentic AI features with ISO/IEC 42001-aligned governance
• Mature data pipeline with room to build the intelligence layer from near-scratch
• Card payments via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor)

• You've scaled a B2B SaaS product through rapid growth, ideally in fintech, payments, or a regulated vertical

The opportunity

We're scaling the iAntz platform — cloud-native, API-first, and increasingly AI-integrated. You'll work on the systems that take real parent payments and keep meals, clubs and trips consistent, while building the infrastructure that lets AI features run reliably and safely.

What you'll own

• Core platform services: payments processing, reconciliation, and financial data integrity
• API design and versioning strategy across internal and partner-facing surfaces
• Integration of LLM and agentic AI capabilities into backend workflows
• Scalability and reliability of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / Cloudflare)
• Engineering standards, code review culture, and technical mentorship

What great looks like

• Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in fintech or a regulated domain
• Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
• Comfortable working across cloud providers and modern DevOps practices
• Experience integrating or building on top of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• You care about correctness, security, and data integrity — not just shipping fast

iAntz already uses AI in the product. This role builds the next layer — reconciliation, anomaly detection and assistance that school offices can trust, not a demo that never leaves a slide.

What you'll own

• LLM orchestration pipelines and prompt engineering at production scale
• Agentic AI workflows: autonomous reconciliation, anomaly detection, finance assistance
• Predictive models for payment behaviour and cash flow forecasting
• Evaluation frameworks and quality assurance for AI outputs in a regulated context
• AI infrastructure: model serving, fine-tuning pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation

What great looks like

• Production experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama)
• Experience building agentic or multi-step AI systems — not just prototypes
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks and data tooling
• Understanding of the reliability and safety requirements of AI in financial contexts
• You care about the quality and trustworthiness of model outputs, not just the demo
