The failure mode in schools is yesterday’s allergy still on a club register because someone updated the kitchen list and not the trip pack. One profile, used in meal management, club registers and trip consent, is how that stops. Parents can update once. Staff open the same child they already work with.
Collection at the gate can use a password or QR against the permission on that profile. Dietary flags travel to the servery. Emergency contacts sit on the trip, not in a paper pack that left the office on Tuesday.
Pupil identity still comes from the MIS via Wonde. iAntz is not a second roll. It is the operational profile attached to the child the school already has — so the kitchen, the club and the coach are not maintaining three versions of the truth.
