Pupil Care incidents, plans and medicine
When something happens at school, parents should hear it in the app they already use. They sign the care plan there, and they are told when medicine is given.
A digital accident book parents actually see
Staff log an injury, illness, near miss or head bump from the office, or from a club or trip register. Parents get the message in the app, by email, SMS and push.
A head bump includes a link to NHS head-injury guidance. Staff can record whether it was first aid only, the child was sent home, a parent collected them, or they went to hospital. Parents can be asked to acknowledge the message in the app.
Parents sign the plan and hear about the dose
Staff upload a care plan, including an individual healthcare plan. The parent signs it in the app. A named medicine has a dose note and an expiry date. When it is given, parents are told.
Medical conditions can be read from the school MIS through Wonde and shown on the care profile and the register. They are labelled as the school record.

Frequently asked questions
Is iAntz a medical tracker?
It covers the parent-facing part of that job: the incident, the message home, the signed plan and the dose. It does not run a medicine cupboard, track staff first-aid qualifications, or copy an injury form into CPOMS. It is not the designated safeguarding lead's case system.
Does iAntz write medical notes back to SIMS or Arbor?
No. When the school has granted the Wonde permission, medical conditions are read from the MIS and shown as the school record. Incident notes, signed plans and dose records stay in iAntz.
What does a trust see?
A trust with group reporting sees each school that has pupil care switched on: incidents and hospital outcomes for the dates chosen, doses given, unsigned plans, expired medicines, and pupils with a condition from the MIS. Opening a school opens that school's pupil care report.
