No. You can have unlimited users, so your central team and every school in the Trust can have the access they need.
Can we set up something once and offer it to all our schools?
Yes, if it helps. Schools can share an activity across the Trust, or keep doing things their own way. It's up to them.
A family has children at two of our schools. Do they need two logins?
No. They use the same app for both.
How up to date are the Trust-wide numbers?
All data is live and dynamic. There are templates for dashboards and reports, with information available as activity takes place.
Where should our data protection lead start?
We have a data protection pack covering the paperwork, who else handles the data, and a security summary.
