Who We Serve
Multi Academy Trusts one picture, without cloning every school
Central teams need to see meals, clubs, trips and balances across the Trust today — not in a workbook that arrived on Friday. Schools still need to run the day their way.
Trust-wide numbers. School-level ways of working
Create an activity once and offer it across schools where that helps. Leave local clubs and meals with the school that runs them.
Reporting is live in the platform. The centre should not chase every school for an export.
Oversight without a single mould
Trust leaders get visibility across sites. School staff keep the flexibility to run meals, wraparound and trips as they already do.
Parents moving between schools in the Trust still meet one parent app, not a new login per site.
What the centre and the school each get
- Live view across schools
- Shared activities where they make sense
- Local flexibility for day-to-day operations
- Fewer Friday spreadsheet chases
A Trust view that does not flatten the school
iAntz for Multi Academy Trusts is live reporting and shared activities across schools — without a project that clones every kitchen and office first. Central teams see meals, clubs, trips and balances as they stand today. Schools keep the way they already run the day.
Where a Trust-wide trip or item helps, create it once and offer it across sites. Local wraparound and dinner money stay with the school that runs them. Parents moving between schools still meet one parent app, not a new login per academy.
MIS mix is normal. One school on SIMS, another on Arbor or Bromcom, still syncs through Wonde. The parent wallet is the same. The roll is still each school’s MIS, not a Trust CSV.
Pricing is a conversation about the Trust you actually run — see pricing. Support is UK-based and in-house, for the centre and for school offices, not a portal that is the only way in.
Frequently asked questions
Can a MAT see payments and meals across schools?
Yes. Trust teams get live visibility of meals, clubs, trips and balances across schools, without each site emailing a workbook. Schools still run local processes their way.
Do all schools have to use the same meal and club process?
No. Shared activities are optional. Local meals, wraparound and trips stay with the school that runs them. The Trust is not required to standardise every kitchen first.
What if schools in the Trust use different MIS systems?
That is expected. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom and other providers sync per school via Wonde. Parents still meet one app across the Trust.
Is there MAT-specific pricing?
There is no public price list. Pricing is tailored after a conversation about how the Trust is organised and which services you need. Contact iAntz for a written proposal.
Ready to see how iAntz fits?
No commitment. No hard sell. Just a conversation about what's possible for your organisation.
Tell us how your Trust is organised. We will not assume every school works the same way.
