School payments that follow the week, not the form
iAntz is the school payments layer for dinner money, wraparound, trips, uniform and ad-hoc items. Parents hold one wallet. The office sees the money against the child, not against a separate login invented for that activity.
Checkout is the method families already finish on a phone: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. Stripe processes card payments to PCI-DSS Level 1; iAntz does not store full card numbers. The school is not asked to become a payments processor.
Pupil and parent records sync from the MIS you already run — ESS SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom and others via Wonde — so the payments roll is not a second copy of the children. Free School Meal status can follow the child rather than a spreadsheet the office updates twice.
Payments sit with meal management, club bookings and trips in the same platform. Parents finish the rest in the parent app. Reporting is live, not an overnight export the Trust has to chase on Friday.
