The Platform

Dedicated Support UK people, not a ticket queue

When something breaks at 8:40am, you need a person who understands schools — not a portal that asks you to pick a category.

Phone and email from the team that built it

100% UK-based and in-house. No offshore call centre, no outsourced first line.

The same team speaks to schools, trusts, caterers and parents.

Product support is a feature. How-tos are a page

Talk to a person on the phone or by email when the situation is yours, not a template.

For login, payments, refunds, download data and delete account, use Support — the public help page, including App Store how-tos.

iAntz support for school staff

What you actually get

  • UK-based, in-house people
  • Phone and email, not tickets as the only option
  • Schools, trusts, caterers and parents on the same team
  • Written how-tos on /support when you do not need a call

A person on the phone, not a category tree

Dedicated support is part of the iAntz platform, not an add-on you discover when something fails. The team is 100% UK-based and in-house. There is no offshore first line and no portal that is the only way in. Phone and email are how school offices actually get help when the morning rush hits.

The same people speak to schools, trusts, caterers and parents. You are not handed between a “parent queue” and a “school queue” that have never seen each other’s notes. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 UK time, excluding public holidays, with an aim to reply within one business day.

Written how-tos — login, making a payment, refunds, download data, delete account — live on the public Support page, including the answers app stores expect to see. Product support is still a person when the situation is yours.

Security, DPIA and due diligence questions belong on Security and the data protection pack. Support will not pretend a ticket article is a DPA. For commercial questions, talk to us or see pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Is iAntz support in the UK?

Yes. Support is 100% UK-based and in-house. There is no offshore call centre and no outsourced first line. Phone and email are available — tickets are not the only option.

What are the support hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 UK time, excluding public holidays. We aim to reply within one business day. Call 01509 462745 or email [email protected].

Where do parents get app how-tos?

Login, payments, refunds, download data and delete account are on the public Support page. That is also the page app stores expect. Call or email when the situation needs a person.

Do schools and parents speak to different teams?

No. The same in-house team speaks to schools, trusts, caterers and parents so you are not handed between queues that do not share context.
