Payments by iAntz is a school payment app that lets parents and guardians pay for school meals, trips, clubs, and other school activities. School staff can manage payments, bookings, and reporting from the same platform.

How do I log in?

Open the app and sign in with the email address your school has on file. If your school uses single sign-on (SSO), follow your school's login instructions. You can also sign in at iantz.app.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

How do I make a payment?

After signing in, select the item you wish to pay for (such as a trip, club, or meal top-up) and follow the on-screen steps. We accept major debit and credit cards. Card details are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and are not stored by iAntz.

I need a refund

Refund requests are handled by your school. Please contact your school office in the first instance. If you need further assistance, email us at [email protected] with your child's name, school, and payment details.

My child's details are incorrect

Student information is managed by your school. Please contact your school office to update details such as name, class, or dietary requirements. Changes will sync to the app automatically.

The app is not working

Try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, and ensuring you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If the problem continues, contact us at [email protected] or 01509 462745 and include your device model and iOS version.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We will confirm your identity and process the request in line with our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required by law.
